Practical guide / 02

Where is the car? Make the location usable.

Turn an Avalon or Greenway destination into a precise parking description.

01

Turn the destination into a parking description.

“At Avalon” tells where the visit began. It does not identify the car. Give the actual deck or surface lot, the entrance used and the level or row. Avalon has parking entrances from Old Milton and Westside parkways, so an entrance name adds useful context.

If a gate or access restriction affects the vehicle, mention it before arrangements are made. The automotive locksmith page lists the vehicle and key details to discuss alongside the location.

02

A Greenway visit has several possible access points.

Rock Mill Park is at 3100 Kimball Bridge Road, Marconi Park at 900 Marconi Drive and Northpoint Park at 6698 North Point Parkway. Name the place where you actually parked, then describe the position within that lot. A trail name or walking destination may lead somewhere different.

Do not assume a person on the trail can direct someone to the vehicle entrance. Give the parking reference in ordinary street terms and confirm where access is permitted.

03

Describe the key situation separately.

Is the working key inside the car, lost or present but not operating normally? Is another working key available elsewhere? Include the make, model and year, and explain any difference between the mechanical key and remote functions.

A new spare and an all-keys-lost request may need different proposed work. Ask about replacement compatibility for the specific vehicle rather than assuming all systems are supported.

04

Use the same method beyond Alpharetta.

In Sandy Springs, an underground garage entrance and a surface lot are different references. In Lawrenceville, a named deck still needs a level. The habit is the same: destination first, actual vehicle position next.

Have appropriate ownership or authorization details ready. Confirm availability, timing and the proposed estimate for the actual location before arrangements are made.

The next step is a conversation.

Tell us what has changed.

Start with your actual address and what you can observe. Ask about support, availability and the proposed scope before making arrangements.
